الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى محاولة رصد وتتبع لاستراتيجية التحوّل الرقمي الصحي في الجزائر، وآليات تجسيد ذلك على مستوى المرافق الصحية العمومية خصوصًا. حيث يتّضح في النهاية التزام الدولة الجزائرية بالانخراط في مسار التحول نحو رقمنة قطاع الصحة، بما سيفضي إلى المساهمة في تحسين صورة المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية، في ظل تحديات حضارية وتعقيدات سوسيولوجية مرتبطة بالتكوين الذهني للمواطن الجزائري، وموقفه المسبق من التسيير العمومي للمؤسسة الصحية. This paper aims to attempt to monitor and track Algeria's health digital transformation strategy, and mechanisms to reflect this at the level of public health facilities in particular. Finally, the Algerian State's commitment to engage in the transition towards digitization of the health sector is evident, which will contribute to improving the image of the Public Hospital Institution, in the light of the cultural challenges and sociological complexities associated with the mental composition of the Algerian citizen and its prior attitude towards the public administration of health institution.
