Social Management Control, Tool For Organizational Performance

Abstract
Social management control has currently become a strategic issue for the human resources function through the production of data and social indicators that enable managers to ensure better management of sustainable organizational performance and ensure legal compliance and strengthen employee engagement. This article focuses on the principles and tools of social management control and its relationship with organizational performance. In this sense, we will present the results of a literature review of existing theories and works. Thus, this article enriches the Algerian literature on social management control and organizational performance.
