الملخص
المقاولة الاجتماعية التضامنية مُصطلح حديث متعدد الأوجه والسياقات يجمع بين مفهوم المقاولة المتداول في الحقل الاقتصادي ، والتضامن الذي يعكس البعد الاجتماعي والإنساني. تُمثل نشاطات موجّهة لإكتشاف الفرص والسعي لإستثمارها بقصد تحقيق قيمة مضافة وتغيّر إيجابي ومواجهة التحديات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية لتحقيق التنمية بطريقة إبداعية ، تتضمن حلولا مبتكرة غير تقليدية بهدف سد الفجوة بين الأفراد، تقوم على تنفيذ مبادرات ومشاريع يُشكّلها أشخاص غير تقليديين يستشعرون الحاجات ويستشرفون المستقبل، تدخل ضمن سياق قيّم التكافل والتضامن الساعي لجعل الإنسان في صلب إهتمام التنمية . ارتبط ظهورها بالتواجد الإنساني وتفاعله ضمن مفاهيم و أُطر ومحددات تطورت يتحول القيم والثقافات ما جعل منها موقف إنساني ،وظاهرة تاريخية ، و بنية اجتماعية ووحدة اقتصادية تهدف الى تحقيق غايات و إشباع حاجات. Solidarity entrepreneurship is a modern term which is multi faceted .it groups between the current concept of agreement in the field of economy and solidarity that reflects the social and human side. this concept represents guided activities to discover opportunities and invest it in order to achieve an added value ,a positive change, face the social and economic challenges and to achieve development in an innovative way. furthermore ,solidarity . entrepreneurship includes creative solutions that are non traditional so to close the gap between individuals go by excuting the initiatives and plans which are formed by non- traditional persons who feels the needs and has futuristic views. Besides ,it enters within the context of solidarity which seeks to make the human catch the wheel of development .therefore ,its existence is related to human existence and his interaction wit him concepts and formworks which differed by the development of values and cultures .that is why it was considered as a human stance ,historical phenomenon ,social and economic union trying to accomplish the aims and fulfill the needs .
