- دراسة سوسيو- تحليلية للخصائص السوسيو-ثقافية والنفسية للعمال و دورها في خلق الصراع التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية على عينة من العمال بالمؤسسة المينائية سكيكدة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الكشف على واقع الصراع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر تحليلية و سوسيولوجية بالمؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية- المؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة-، وذلك من خلال تعرية وتحديد بعض الخصائص السوسيو-ثقافية و النفسية للعمال التي تساهم في خلق الصراع داخل التنظيم . ولتحقيق هذا المسعى البحثي قمنا بتقسيم الدراسة إلى جانب نظري وتطبيقي، فالجانب النظري قمنا بتوضيح الإطار النظري والتصوري العام للدراسة من خلال إتباع طريقة منهجية تجلّت في طرح الإشكالية البحثية البحث فروض الدراسة، أهداف وأهمية الدراسة النظرية و التطبيقية الجهاز المفاهيمي، وعرض بعض الدراسات السابقة والمقاربة السوسيولوجية، وبهدف الاقتراب أكثر من ملامسة الواقع الميداني للظاهرة المدروسة، قمنا بإتباع إجراءات ميدانية متكاملة تجلّت في اعتمادنا على المنهج الوصفي، اختيارنا لعينة بحث من نوع العينة العشوائية الطبقية تضمنت 27 مبحوثا، كما اعتمدنا على أدوات جمع المعلومات الميدانية وخاصة الاستمارة وبدرجة أقل المقابلة و الملاحظة لتقديم دلالات واقعية أكثر للموضوع، ومن واقع المعطيات الميدانية والقراءات التحليلية التي أفرزتها الدراسة، تم التوصّل إلى مجموعة من النتائج لعل أهمها: أن الاختلافات في الخصائص السوسيو-ثقافية والنفسية للعمال تعتبر بمثابة المسببات الواقعية لحدوث الصراعات التنظيمية وفي الأخير حاولنا تقديم بعض التوصيات و الاقتراحات العامة حول الموضوع. Abstract: The purpose of this study, is to try to treat and discover the subject of the reality of organizational conflict from a sociological and analytical perspective in the Algerian estabishment.- the skikda port company ( E-p-s ) This study. to determine sociocultural characteristics and psychological features of the employees. In this sence. we have divided this study in two -02- parts theoretical and practical،in the theoritical part. we tried to explain the theory of the study in a general way and what it can include as problems and hypotheses-the importance and objectif of study. as the identification of concepts of the study and other previous studies . as the end of the theoritical part we has- been presented such as the principles and ideas of the sociological approach. In the practical part of the study. we have tried to follw a methodological strategy with antegrated goal in order to establish a real and effective diagnosis of the study in the Algerian local establishement for this we havr took the skikda port company (E-P-S) as subject of the study. In This context we use the methodological strategy involves several procedures in our study we opted for the descriptive methode by choosing a random class sample which included 27 members and a %30 of the community of study our study is also based upon the from of the community of study, our study is also based upon the form an essential. tool for collecting data in the field and it is considered a tool for fragmentation and analysis in scientific research. add to that the analysis and explanation of the data found in the field and their dycryption from, previous studies At the end. of our study, we presented some problems and recommendations that were raised. by the study of the sociocultural characteristics and psychological of domains from one organization and its relation with organizational conflict.
