Towards The Embodiment Of The Postal Bank As A Support For Algerian Banking Institutions

Abstract
This research paper aims to study the issue of the Algerian banking sector, from the perspective of the extent of success in strengthening this vital economic sector with a new banking institution that will be created by converting the Algerian Postal Corporation into a bank, under the name of the Postal Bank. The study concluded that the Algerian Postal Corporation has very important financial, human and legislative qualifications that would advance the Algerian banking system in the event of transforming this important institution into a bank, as this bank is represented by the Postal Bank.
