تأثير جودة الخدمة والسعر على وفاء الركاب لشركات الطيران منخفضة التكلفة في الجزائر

الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير جودة الخدمة (من خلال أبعادها الخمسة) والسعر على وفاء الركاب من خلال ربط رضا الركاب تجاه شركات الطيران منخفضة التكلفة من وجهة نظر المسافرين الجزائريين. بناءا على ذلك تم تطوير نموذج واختباره لفحص تأثير هذه العوامل على الوفاء. تم اختبار هذا النموذج من خلال عينة من 250 مسافر جزائري. اختبار البيانات تم بطريقة النمذجة بالمعادلات الهيكلية باستخدام برنامج STATISTICA.08. أشارت النتائج التي توصلنا إليها إلى أن جودة الخدمة والسعر لهما تأثير إيجابي كبير على رضا الركاب، سيؤدي ذلك إلى وفاء الركاب. إلى جانب ذلك، تؤكد نتائج هذا البحث أيضا الدور الوسيط لرضا الزبائن بين جودة الخدمة والوفاء والسعر والوفاء بشكل منفصل، مما يعني أن رضا الزبائن هو عامل حيوي لشركات الطيران منخفضة التكلفة للبقاء في مثل هذه السوق الجوية شديدة التنافسية. و قد اختتمت هذه الورقة بمناقشة النتائج، الآثار المترتبة عن الدراسة، و الآفاق المستقبلية للبحث. The objective of this study is to examine the impact of service and price on passengers’ loyalty through the linkage of passengers’ satisfaction toward low-cost airlines from the perspective of Algerian travelers. Then, a model is developed and tested that examines the effect of these constructs on loyalty. The model is tested with data from 250 LCCs Algerian passenger. The data are tested using STATISTICA.06 structural equation modeling. The results suggest that service quality and price have a positive significant impact on passenger satisfaction, and as a result lead to passengers’ loyalty. Besides, the findings of this research also confirm the mediating role of customer satisfaction between service quality and loyalty, price and loyalty separately, which implies that customer satisfaction is a vital factor for an LCCs to survive in such a highly competitive aviation market. This paper concludes with some reasons for the findings, implications of research, and futur areas for research.
