مساهمة البراعة الإستراتجية في تحقيق الأداء المتميز: دراسة حالة لمؤسسة روائح الورود واد سوف، الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى وعي وتبني مؤسسة روائح الورود بواد سوف الجزائر بالبراعة الإستراتيجية بأبعادها الثلاثة (براعة استغلالية، براعة استكشافية، براعة هيكلية) ومدى مساهمتها في تحقيق الأداء المتميز، ولتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوزيع الاستبيان على عينة قصدية مكونة من 53 عامل من فئة الإطارات بالاعتماد على برنامج SPSS.24 وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك مستوى متوسط لكل من البراعة الإستراتيجية والأداء المتميز لدى مسئولي المؤسسة المبحوثة، ووجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للبراعة الإستراتيجية بأبعادها المختلفة على الأداء المتميز لدى مؤسسة روائح الورود بواد سوف الجزائر عند مستوى الدلالة (a<0.05)، وعليه أوصت الدراسة على ضرورة رفع الوعي لدى المؤسسة المبحوثة بأهمية البراعة الإستراتيجية والعمل على ترسيخ وتفعيل هذا المفهوم لما له من أثر إيجابي وقوي في تحقيق الأداء المتميز. The aim of this study is to highlight the awareness and adoption of Perfumes wouroud company in oued souf Algeria of strategic ambidexterity in its three dimensions (Exploitative ambidexterity, Exploratory ambidexterity, structural ambidexterity) and the extent of its contribution to achieving outstanding performance.to achieve this, the analytical descriptive approach was adopted, and the questionnaire was distributed to an intentional sample of 53 tire workers based on the SPSS program.24 the study found that there is an average level of both strategic dexterity and outstanding performance among the officials of the studied institution, and the presence of a statistically significant effect of strategic ambidexterity in its various dimensions on the outstanding performance of the Perfumes wouroud company in oued souf Algeria at the indicative level (a<0.05), therefore, the study recommended the need to raise awareness among the institution under study of the importance of strategic dexterity and work to consolidate and activate this concept because of its positive and strong impact in achieving outstanding performance.
