Applications Of Artificial Intelligence In Warehouse Management: Case Study Of Amazon

Abstract
This study aims to examine the key AI technologies used by Amazon within its fulfillment centers and investigate how these technologies have been applied to optimize its warehouse processes. To this end, we adopt a case study approach at this company. All the required data and information were collected from online sources. The results have shown that Amazon successfully applies AI technologies, relying heavily on the use of robotic systems and other technologies to improve and support its warehouse management processes. Therefore, the company is considered a successful example that other companies can emulate to achieve success and progress in this field.
