الملخص
أمام فشل أساليب المواجهة الميدانية عسكريا ودبلوماسيا، كثفت فرنسا جهودها في تفكيك شبكة المناضلين والزج بأبرز الشخصيات الى السجن والمعتقلات وممارسةالتعذيب بكل تفاصيله ووحشيته، والقتل بلا محاكمة. وإن تنكرت لوجود مثل هذه الممارسات اللاإنسانيةأمام المحافل الدولية.وكانت "جميلة بوباشا" هي إحدى المناضلات اللواتي واجهن أتعس وجوه الاستعمار وهو يسقط في سلم المواجهة من خلال استعمال الاغتصاب والتعذيب للحصول على الاعترافات.كيف تحول واقع التعذيب والاغتصاب بيد الاستعمار الى ورقة ضغط دولية ؟؟وكيف وفقت "جميلة" في البوح بحقيقة ما جرى وفضح معذبيها وايصال صوتها الى العالم قضائيا وفنيا؟ الى فضاءات الفن التشكيلي والسينما؟ The French colonial since the beginning of occupation of Algeria has been characterized by the method of repression, extermination and scorched earth through the imposition of the indigène law to confront a series of popular revolutions through a strategy of mass murder, such as what happened with the Oufia tribe (1832), and the holocaust of the inhabitants of Dhahra "Awled Riah" in Ghar El Farachich (1845)..Until the resistance materialized and united in the ranks of the liberation revolution for one objectif, which is"Algeria".
