التغطية الإعلامية للنزاع المسلح الروسي- الأوكراني

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة دور الإعلام، التقليدي والرقمي، في تغطية النزاع المسلَّح الروسي- الأوكراني، باعتباره الموجِّه الرئيسي للرأي العام الداخلي والدولي، وذلك بالتأثير فيه من خلال كوادر إعلامية متخصصة تعمل على مخاطبة الداخل والخارج بمختلف الوسائل والأدوات، ونشر الأحداث والوقائع ذات الصلة بسير العمليات العدائية. وقد خلصنا في هذا البحث إلى أن التغطية الإعلامية للنزاع المسلح اختلفت حسب توجهات وقناعات كل طرف من الأطراف، حيث حاول كلُّ طرف الترويج لأفكاره قصد استقطاب الرأي العام. وأن الإعلام الرقمي رغم تطوره لم يستطع إلغاء دور الإعلام التقليدي خاصة في تغطية الحروب والنزاعات المسلحة مثل النزاع الروسي- الأوكراني. Cette recherche vise à connaître le rôle des médias, tant traditionnels que numériques, dans la couverture du conflit armé russo-ukrainien, en tant que principale directive de l'opinion publique interne et internationale, en l'influençant par le biais de cadres médiatiques spécialisés travaillant pour s'adresser à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. avec divers moyens et outils, et de publier des événements et des faits liés au déroulement des hostilités. Au terme de cette recherche, nous avons conclu que la couverture médiatique du conflit armé différait selon les orientations et les convictions de chacune des parties, chacune essayant de promouvoir ses idées afin de capter l'opinion publique. Et que les médias numériques, malgré leur développement, ne pouvaient éliminer le rôle des médias traditionnels, notamment dans la couverture des guerres et des conflits armés, comme le conflit russo-ukrainien. This research aims to know the role of the media, both traditional and digital, in covering the Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict, as the main directive of internal and international public opinion, by influencing it through specialized media cadres working to address the inside and outside with various means and tools, and to publish events and facts related to the progress of hostilities. At the end of this research, we have concluded that the media coverage of the armed conflict differed according to the orientations and beliefs of each of the parties, with each party trying to promote its ideas in order to attract public opinion. And that digital media, despite their development, could not eliminate the role of traditional media, especially in the coverage of wars and armed conflicts, such as the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
