الملخص
تهتم هذه الورقة البحثية بإبراز الدور المحوري الذي يجسده التحول الرقمي في النهوض بقطاع التعليم العالي في الجزائر بتحديث مؤسساته المختلفة وتطويرها وجعلها تستجيب لمتطلبات المنافسة العالمية ، اذ حققت مؤسسات التعليم العالي الجزائرية نقلة نوعية باعتمادها على التكنولوجيات والتقنيات الحديثة في العملية التعليمية باستحداث مجموعة من المنصات والبوابات الرقمية منها : منصة بروغرس ،المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية ASJP، النظام الوطني لتوثيق عبر الانترنت SNDL، البوابة الوطنية للأشعار عن الأطروحات PNST....،مما أكسبها هوية رقمية مكنتها من عصرنة مؤسسات التعليم العالي وتحسين جودتها ،بتطوير العملية التعليمية وجعلها أكثر فاعلية واستجابة وسهولة ، اذ تعتمد هذه التقنية على استخدام الحواسيب والانترنت ومختلف التطبيقات الالكترونية لتحويل المحتوى التعليمي التقليدي لتجارب تعليمية سهلة ، مما انعكس إيجابا على جودة كل من الطالب ومستوى البحث العلمي والأداء البيداغوجي للأستاذ. الكلمات المفتاحية : التقنية ، التحول الرقمي، جودة التعليم ، التعليم العالي. Abstract This research paper is concerned with highlighting the pivotal role embodied by digital transformation in advancing the higher education sector in Algeria by modernizing and developing its various institutions and making them respond to the requirements of global competition, as Algerian higher education institutions have achieved a qualitative leap by relying on modern technologies and techniques in the educational process by developing a group of digital platforms and portals. Among them: the Progress platform, the Algerian platform for scientific journals (ASJP), The National Online Documentation System (SNDL), the National Portal for Poetry of Dissertations (PNST)...., which gave it a digital identity that enabled it to modernize higher education institutions and improve their quality, by developing the educational process and making it more effective, responsive and easy, as this technology depends on the use of computers, the Internet and various applications. Electronic technology transformed traditional educational content into easy educational experiences, which reflected positively on the quality of both the student and the level of scientific research and the pedagogical performance of the professor.
