الملخص
تنشط المنصات الرقمية الخاصة بالمقاول الذاتي ضمن اطار قانوني يؤطرها ويشكل محتواها فضلا عن أنه أسس لوجودها، وتعمل هذه المنصات بصفة تكاملية خدمة لنظام المقاول الذاتي الذي استحدثه المشرع الجزائري، وضمنه امتيازات وتسهيلات تشجيعا لولوج المهتمين بما فيهم الموظفين وطلاب الجامعات الى عالم الشغل من بوابة المقاولاتية، وكذا توفير الدعم والمرافقة لهؤلاء الى ان تصبح مشاريعهم مشاريعا ناجحة وقادرة على استقطاب اليد العمالة وتحقيق عوائد للخزينة العمومية. The digital platforms of the self-employed entrepreneur operate within a legal framework that frames them and shapes their content, in addition to being the basis for their existence. These platforms work in an integrated manner to serve the self-employed entrepreneur system that was created by the Algerian legislator, and within it are privileges and facilities to encourage those interested, including employees and university students, to enter the world of work through entrepreneurship, as well as providing support and accompaniment to them until their projects become successful projects capable of attracting labor and achieving returns for the public treasury.
