Abstract

This study aims to measure the extent of the impact of financial technology through its technologies on improving profitability indicators in Islamic banks in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, by analyzing the profitability indicators after the latter’s adoption of financial technology in the period between 2017-2021 and comparing them to the period before the adoption of financial technology, which represents The period extending from 2012-2016 It was found that financial technology increased the profitability of Islamic banks in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, given that it contributed to improving the quality of services provided and improving their investment efficiency
