The Role Of Women's Entrepreneurship In Promoting The Circular Economy In European Countries Using Principal Component Analysis (pca)

Abstract

Over the past few decades, discussions about women's roles in entrepreneurship have expanded in scope and diversity, both around the world and within each country. This gives us an opportunity to investigate further how economic, environmental and social problems are connected. Creating economic growth and the wealth that accompanies it greatly benefits society. The circular economy has been helped by the results of many research projects that have looked at things like increasing wealth. By starting their own businesses, businesswomen in European countries may be able to better support their families and develop further in their careers. When women create their own projects, they gain a new perspective on societal challenges and the ability to actively participate and contribute to the creative endeavors of society. Keywords: circular economy, women's entrepreneurship, Principal Component JEL classification codes C38, F43, O15 , L26 الملخص: خلال العقود القليلة الماضية، اتسعت المناقشات حول أدوار المرأة في ريادة الأعمال من حيث النطاق والتنوع، سواء في جميع أنحاء العالم أو داخل كل بلد. وهذا يمنحنا فرصة للتحقيق بشكل أكبر حول كيفية ارتباط المشاكل الاقتصادية والبيئية والاجتماعية. إن خلق النمو الاقتصادي وما يصاحبه من ثراء يفيد المجتمع إلى حد كبير. وقد ساعدت الاقتصاد الدائري نتائج العديد من المشاريع البحثية التي نظرت في أشياء مثل تزايد الثروة. ومن خلال بدء أعمالهن التجارية الخاصة، قد تتمكن سيدات الأعمال في الدول الأوربية من دعم أسرهن بشكل أفضل والتطور بشكل أكبر في مهنهن. عندما تقوم النساء بإنشاء مشاريعهن الخاصة، فإنهن يحصلن على منظور جديد حول التحديات المجتمعية والقدرة على المشاركة بنشاط والمساهمة في المساعي الإبداعية للمجتمع. الكلمات المفتاحية: اقتصاد دائري، ريادة الاعمال النسوية، مركبات اساسية
