Artificial intelligence has become a phenomenon in our daily lives, and this is due to the rapid spread of its uses in our daily lives and in various fields, especially the medical and scientific fields, as well as commercial, and the many positives it brings, but the speed of spread of this technology has not kept pace with it in reality. Legal and ethical framework The ethical rules inherent in artificial intelligence reinforce the protection of individuals from mistreatment (discrimination) or illegal practices. Despite the widespread spread of artificial intelligence technology, there is no law governing the use and implementation of artificial intelligence in our daily lives, and this is what the international community seeks to do by developing a certain number of charters, ethical charters, and others in order to provide an ethical framework for artificial intelligence and thus its uses become legitimate, And attempts to ethically and legally frame artificial intelligence, which has become the main challenge in order to reduce the risks of its use and take into account transparency, loyalty, and data ownership.
