Authors : Kabouche Seif-eddine .

Abstract

Developments in information and communication technology (ICT) have significantly influenced various aspects of life, including their impact on diplomatic activity and the management of international relations. As a result of this influence, there has been a transition from traditional diplomacy to digital diplomacy, the latter relies on the use of modern tools that primarily rely on the advancements achieved in the field of media and communication technology. International interest in using digital diplomacy tools has increased in the interaction of diplomatic relations parties with each other and in communicating with domestic and international public opinion, alongside the impact of these developments extending to political decision-making within countries and their foreign policy in managing relations with other international actors, as well as in formulating, following up, and implementing their foreign policies to achieve the strategic objectives of their foreign policy while ensuring their national interests.
