دور الاستثمار الصناعي في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في تيسمسيلت

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الاستثمار الصناعي في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في تيسمسيلت، وذلك من خلال دراسة القدرات والفرص الاستثمارية للولاية في القطاع الصناعي مع التطرق إلى البرنامج التكميلي التنموي المحلي للولاية، والذي مس جميع القطاعات من خلال إنجاز مشاريع رامية إلى فك العزلة عن هذه الولاية الفتية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى نتيجة أهمها ما يلي: أن القطاع الصناعي بولاية تيسمسيلت، لقي تجربة رائدة يحتذى بها خصوصا فيما يتعلق بالدور الاقتصادي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وشهدت الولاية تحسنا في تجسيد مختلف المشاريع الاستثمارية في عدة مجالات منها الصناعة، السياحة، الفلاحة والصحة، في إطار البرنامج التكميلي المقترح بغرض دعم التنمية المحلية على مستوى ولاية تيسمسيلت لتحقيق التوازن الإقليمي من خلال التكفل بالنقائص المسجلة على مستوى القطاع الصناعي وباقي القطاعات. This study aims to highlight the role of industrial investment in achieving local development in Tissemsilt. Indeed, we tried to study the state’s investment capabilities and opportunities in the industrial sector while addressing the state’s local complementary development program, which affected all sectors through the implementation of projects, aimed at breaking the isolation of this new state. The study concluded with some results, the most important of which are the following: The industrial sector in the state of Tissemsilt received a pioneering experience to be emulated, especially with regard to the economic role of small and medium enterprises. Moreover, the state witnessed an improvement in the implementation of various investment projects in several fields, including industry, tourism, agriculture and health. All this is achieved within the framework of the proposed supplementary program for supporting local development at the level of the state of Tissemsilt to achieve regional balance by taking care of the shortcomings recorded at the level of the industrial sector and other sectors.
