ظاهرة التنمر الالكتروني بين أوساط المثقفين- الاسباب والعوامل-

الملخص
التنمر عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي يرتبط بعدة متغيرات وتتحكم فيه العديد من الدوافع والأسباب الاجتماعية على غرار البيئة والوسط والمحيط الاجتماعي وطبيعة المناخ الاجتماعي السائد داخل المجتمع، باعتبار المناخ الاجتماعي "نموذج متميز من العلاقات والتفاعلات التي يمارسها الأفراد والتي تجعلهم أكثر تكيفا مع البيئة التي يعيشون فيها" وباختلاف أجزاء المناخ الاجتماعي من مؤسسات اجتماعية والنظم المشكلة له،عند حدوث أي اضطراب فيها ينجر عنه تأثير على أفعال الأفراد وتصرفاتهم الاجتماعية، ويسبب تشكل وتطور ظواهر جديدة داخل المجتمع على غرار الظواهر السلبية وعليه فإن أي اختلال في المؤسسات الاجتماعية المشكلة للمناخ الاجتماعي ينتج عنه تأثير وتداعيات على الأفراد والمجتمع على حد سواء. ويعتبر التنمر والتنمر عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي أحد هذه الظواهر الاجتماعية التي شهدت انتشار وتطور كبير في الآونة الأخيرة بين فئات المجتمع لاسيما على مستوى الأفراد ذوي المستوى العالي من الثقافة والوعي الاجتماعيين أو ما يسمون بالطبقة المثقفة ، وعلى حسب نوع المناخ الاجتماعي السائد داخل المجتمع نجد التباين والتمايز في مدى انتشار التنمر خاصة مع التطور في التكنولوجيا وانتشارها وسهولة امتلاك الوسائل التكنولوجية من قبل كافة أفراد المجتمع، فأصبحت وسيلة عن طريقها يحاول الأفراد تحقيق الأهداف التي عجزوا عن تحقيقها في الواقع. فيلجئون لتحقيقها عن طريق مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. Bullying through social networking sites is linked to several variables and is controlled by many social motives and reasons such as the environment, the environment, the social environment, and the nature of the prevailing social climate within the community. Considering the social climate as "a distinct model of the relationships and interactions practiced by individuals that make them more adaptable to the environment in which they live" and with the different parts of the social climate of social institutions and the systems formed for it, when any disturbance occurs in it, it affects the actions of individuals and their social behavior, and causes the formation and development of New phenomena within society, similar to negative phenomena. Therefore, any imbalance in the social institutions that form the social climate results in an impact and repercussions on individuals and society alike. Bullying and bullying through social networking sites is one of these social phenomena that have witnessed a great spread and development in recent times among groups of society, especially at the level of individuals with a high level of social culture and awareness or the so-called educated class. The extent of bullying, especially with the development and spread of technology, and the ease of possession of technological means by all members of society, has become a means through which individuals try to achieve goals that they were unable to achieve in reality. They resort to achieving it through social networking sites
