الاختلاف بين الرسم الإملائي والرسم العثماني دراسة في ضوء فقه اللغة المقارن

الملخص
العارف بعلم فقه اللغة يدرك الدور الفعال الذي يلعبه في دراسة ظواهر اللغة المختلفة، والكشف عن أسرارها، والوقوف على قوانينها، وسر تطورها، سواء منها اللغة المنطوقة أو المكتوبة. ويدرك المجهود الذي بذله علماء فقه اللغة في كشف مراحل تطور الخط العربي منذ النشأة وإلى حين استوائه على سوقه. وللرسم العثماني حظ غير منقوص من ذلك؛ فقد كشفت المخطوطات عن سر كثير من مظاهر الرسم العثماني التي ثار حولها الجدل، وتعددت في تفسيرها الآراء، واختلفت فيها المذاهب. ومقالنا هذا "الاختلاف بين الرسم الإملائي والرسم العثماني دراسة في ضوء فقه اللغة المقارن" محاولة لتسليط الضوء على بعض جهود علماء فقه اللغة في تفسير هذه المظاهر، وذلك بسرد تاريخ الخط العربي، وتحديد مواطن اختلاف الرسمين الإملائي والعثماني، مع عرض لمذاهب العلماء في تفسيرهم لهذه المظاهر، ثم ما توصل إليه علم فقه اللغة المقارن. The expert in philology recognizes the critical role it plays in studying the various linguistic phenomena, uncovering its secrets, understanding its laws, and the reasons for its development, whether in spoken or written language. They acknowledge the efforts made by philologists in uncovering the stages of the development of Arabic script from its inception until its full maturity. The Uthmanic script (rasm al-‘Uthmani) holds a significant place in this context, as manuscripts have revealed many aspects of the Uthmanic script that have been subjects of debate, with various interpretations and differing scholarly opinions. This article, "The Discrepancy Between Orthographic and Uthmanic Scripts: A Study in the Light of Comparative Philology," attempts to shed light on the efforts of philologists in interpreting these phenomena. It does so by narrating the history of the Arabic script, identifying the points of divergence between the orthographic and Uthmanic scripts, presenting the scholarly views on these discrepancies, and offering a preference based on the findings of comparative philology.
