الملخص

لقد زادت فرص المساس والانتهاك على خصوصية الأفراد سيما الخصوصية الرقمية في ظل الاستعمال والاستفادة بتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي مما عرّضها لعدة مخاطر مختلفة، فتطلب الوضع حمايتها بتجسيد آليات دولية ووطنية بما يتماشى والمجال الرقمي الواسع. Abstract: The opportunities for infringement and violation of individuals' privacy, especially digital privacy, have increased in light of the use and benefit of artificial intelligence applications, which has exposed it to several different risks. The situation required its protection and the embodiment of international and national mechanisms on line with the broad digital field.
