Introduction To Mediation In Social Work Practice

Abstract
We aim through this study to present the process of mediation as a professional practice adopted by social work, in pursuit of providing solutions to resolve conflicts that individuals and communities encounter in their daily lives. This is achieved by providing a broader understanding of the concept of social mediation, as well as the bases, mechanisms and skills adopted in the field of social work, including the stages of its implementation. نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم عملية الوساطة كممارسة مهنية تعتمدها الخدمة الاجتماعية، سعيا إلى وجود حلول لتسوية النزاعات التي تعترض الأفراد والجماعات في حياتهم اليومية. يأتي هذا من خلال تقديم فهم أوسع لمفهوم الوساطة الاجتماعية وكذا الأسس والآليات والمهارات التي تعتدها في مجالات الخدمة الاجتماعية إلى جانب مراحل تطبيقها.
