Résumé

Artificial intelligence (AI) governance refers to the mechanisms, policies and rules that govern the development, use and supervision of this technology. It aims to ensure that AI is deployed responsibly, ethically and in compliance with legal and social standards. The study addresses the issue of AI governance and highlights the need to establish regulatory frameworks and standards in order to adopt a consensual approach for responsible and ethical use and development of this technology, by analyzing the actions initiated by the different stakeholders in the AI governance process, to guarantee collective and balanced decision-making.
