الملخص
ملخص: يرتبط تحقيق السياسية الاستثمارية في الدولة بقوانين نوعية تعالج موضوعات هامة تتصل بالاستثمار وتؤثر فيه بصفة مباشرة، ومنها قانون الاستثمار الجديد، والقوانين المنضمة لمصالح الأملاك الوطنية، حيث تواجه هذه الأخيرة تحديات عديدة بسبب التطورات التكنولوجية التي وفرتها وسائل الإعلام والاتصال خاصة شبكة الانترنت، وعلى إثرها تم تحويل نشاطات مصالح الأملاك الوطنية من الأساليب التقليدية إلى النشاطات الإلكترونية لغرض مواكبة التطور و تبسيط الإجراءات المعمول بها للاستجابة لطلبات المتعاملين والجمهور، خاصة في مجال تحسين مناخ الاستثمار وإنعاش الاقتصاد الوطني. Abstract: Achieving the investment policy in the country is linked to specific laws that address important issues related to investment and affect it directly.Including the new investment law, and laws joining the national property interests, A the latter faces many challenges due to the technological developments that are provided by the media and communication. especially the Internet. A a result, the Converting the activities of the national property interests from traditional methods to electronic activities. for the purpose of keeping pace with development and simplifying the procedures in force to respond to the requests of customers and the public, especially in the field of improving the investment climate and reviving the national economy.
