نحو مقاربة مصطلحية اجتماعية في ترجمة المصطلح الطبي: ترجمة الأطباء لمصطلحات طب الأطفال في الجزائر أنموذجا

الملخص
ملخص: يتناول هذا البحث موضوع ترجمة المصطلح الطبي في الجزائر، في ظل التنوّع اللغوي واللهجي والثقافي الذي تتميز به البلاد وواقع ميدان الطب الذي يُدرّس باللغة الفرنسية بينما يفرض واقع الممارسة المهنية على الأطباء غالبا التعامل باللغة العربية، مما يضطرّهم إلى القيام بدور المترجم المتخصص. لذا أردنا الكشف عن الإجراءات الترجمية التي يتبنّاها الأطباء لتحقيق الفهم لمرضاهم في ظِل هذا التنوّع اللساني الاجتماعي، وكذا عن مدى صحّة القول أن اللغة الطبية لدقّة وصرامة مصطلحاتها لا تجيز للمترجم التصرّف في ترجمته وتضطرّه إلى الالتزام بالمصطلح المُقيَّس. وقد تبيّن لنا من خلال دراستنا الميدانية أن ترجمة المصطلح الطبي تتنوع بتنوع المُتلقّين واختلاف حقائقهم الاجتماعية، مما يجعل الطبيب (المترجم) يتصرّف في ترجمته حسب الحاجة، ولا يتقيّد بالمصطلح المقيَّس بل غالبا ما يتبنّى المقابِلات البديلة المتداوَلة في المجتمع، على غرار منهج "المصطلحية الاجتماعية" القائم على مبدأ أخذ الحقائق الاجتماعية المتعلقة بمستعملي المصطلحات بعين الاعتبار وضرورة استثمار التنوع المصطلحي الناتج عن ذلك بدل القضاء عليه. Abstract: This research deals with the theme of the translation of medical terms in Algeria, in the light of the linguistic, dialectical and cultural diversity that characterizes the country and of the reality of the field of medicine taught in the French language, while the reality of professional practice obliges doctors to treat often in Arabic, which obliges them to play the role of specialized translator. So, we wanted to know what are the translation procedures adopted by doctors to make their patients understand, as well as to reveal to what extent it is true that medical language for the accuracy and strictness of its terminology does not allow the translator to make adaptations in his translation and obliges him to adhere to standardized terminology. But it was obvious to us through our field study that the translation of the medical term varies according to the diversity of receivers and the social facts related to them, which is all in line with the socioterminology approach, which is based on the principle of taking social facts into account related to terminology users and the need to take advantage of the resulting terminological diversity rather than eliminating it.
