Digital Transformation Within Banks: An Innovative Strategy Societe Generale Group

Abstract

The study aims to identify digital transformation and its technologies as an innovative strategy for banks due to their importance and the benefits that they have provided in recent years. The study presents digital strategy and innovations that have been relied on by one of the leading banks worldwide, Societe Generale Group. The results of the study showed that developing an effective digital strategy and investing in digital technologies play an important role in embracing a beneficial digital transformation for banks. In addition, the study recommends banks allocate resources to invest in digital innovations.
