تأثير المصطلح ومدلوله التاريخي في بناء المدرسة الوطنية

الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: يعدُّ المصطلح التَاريخي أحدُ أهمّ الوسائلِ التي اعتمدتها المدرسة التاريخية الغربيّة خلال الفترة الاستعماريّة في إعادة صياغة تاريخ الجزائر بلغةِ خطابٍ تحملُ في دلالاتها كلماتٍ وأفكارٍ وأطروحاتٍ منتقاة لتكريس فكرة نقل الإشعاع الحضاري من أوروبا المسيحيّة إلى جنوب المتوسط (العالم الإسلامي)، وذلك من خلال الكتابات والمراسلات والتقارير والمصادر الاستعماريّة المختلفة. فالمصطلحاتِ الاستعماريّةِ الّتي أخذت بها المدرسة التاريخيّة الجزائريّة من خلال الترجماتِ الأدبيّةِ دون تمحيصٍ وضبطٍ للمفاهيم، لمْ تُعنى بالأبعادِ الخفية الخطيرةِ المروّجةِ والمسوقةِ لفكرة أنّ الاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر جاء منْ أجل "نشرِ الحضارةِ والتنميةِ في مجتمعٍ قبليّ متخلفٍ لا يملك دولة ذات سيادة" جعلت الباحثَ في تناقضٍ بين الأطروحة الاستعماريّة الفرنسيّة وتلك الترجمات الأكاديمية الأدبية الجافة. من هذا المنطلق فالمصطلح له مدلول تاريخي ودالّ لغوي يجب أن يضبطا معًا من أجل تسليط الضوء على الواقع الذي عايشه الجزائريين، من تخلفٍ على جميع الأصعدةِ، وتفكّكٍ، وسلخٍ للهويةِ والعمق العربيّ الإسلاميّ، وتفنيدِ تلك الادّعاءات الواهية التي يُلبسها الاحتلال لتاريخ الجزائر، لذلك بات من الضروري إنشاء مدرسة تاريخية وطنية، بإشراكِ العالِم المتخصصِ في لسانيات اللّغة العربيّة، مع صاحب الاختصاص وهو الباحث والمؤرخ في حقل التاريخ، لإعادة النظر وغربلة تلك الكتابات المدنسة بما يوافقُ العقل والمنطق وفق مناهجٍ ومفاهيمٍ وأسسٍ وآلياتٍ لتوحيدِ المصطلحِ التاريخي، من أجل زيادة قدرة الاستيعاب، وتسهيل التواصل بين مختلف مراكز البحث وطنيا، وتصدير هذه المصطلحات بما يناسب توجهات المجتمع وبعده الحضاري، فنتحول من مفعول به إلى فاعل في رسم مصطلحٍ وطنيٍّ يحافظُ على الذاكرةِ الشفافةِ ويرسّخ القيمَ الوطنية. Abstract The historical term is one of the most important means adopted by the Western historical school during the colonial period in reformulating the history of Algeria in a language of discourse that carries in its connotations selected words, ideas and theses to perpetuate the idea of transferring civilizational radiation from Christian Europe to the southern Mediterranean (the Islamic world), through writings, correspondences and reports. and various colonial sources. The colonial terminology adopted by the Algerian historical school through literary translations without scrutiny and control of concepts did not concern the dangerous hidden dimensions that promote and market the idea that the French occupation of Algeria in order to “spread civilization and development in a backward tribal society that does not have a sovereign state” made the researcher contradict the thesis. French colonialism and those dry academic literary translations. From this point of view, the term has a historical connotation and a linguistic connotation that must be adjusted together in order to shed light on the reality experienced by the Algerians of backwardness at all levels and the disintegration of the Arab-Islamic identity and depth. Therefore, it became necessary to establish a national historical school with the involvement of the scholar specialized in the linguistics of the Arabic language, with the author The specialty is the researcher and historian in the field of history to review and sift those profane writings in accordance with reason and logic according to approaches, concepts, foundations and mechanisms for creating a historical term that preserves memory and consolidates national values.
