توجيهات تربوية للمعلم - مقاربة نظرية

الملخص
يسعى هذا المقال إلى التعريف بالتوجيهات التربوية الضرورية للمعلم من خلال مقاربة نظرية. إن هدف كل أستاذ في مختلف مراحل التعليم، هو النجاح في أداء مهامه وتحقيق الأهداف المسطرة للعملية التربوية، لذلك تناولنا بعض التوجيهات التربوية التي تسمح بمعرفة أسس ومهارات ومهام التدريس الفعال، إضافة إلى مبادئ إدارة المواقف التعليمية بطريقة ناجحة وكيفية مواجهة صعوبات الإدارة الصفية. ولضمان تحقيق هاته الأهداف لابد من مراعاة بعض المبادئ في التخطيط للدرس منها ما يلي: - الدراية اللازمة للخصائص المختلفة للمتعلمين من حيث المستوى الدراسي و مشكلاتهم و قدراتهم وحاجاتهم و اهتماماتهم. - إتقان المادة الدراسية و المعرفة الجيدة لمحتويات المناهج (الحقائق، المفاهيم، القوانين ، المهارات ، الأحداث،...). - معرفة استراتيجيات التدريس المختلفة وبالتالي وضع أسس الطرائق و الأساليب التعليمية المناسبة لطبيعة المادة، والكفاءة المستهدفة و مستوى المتعلمين و الوسائل المتوفرة. L’objectif de chaque enseignant dans les différentes étapes de l'éducation est d’accomplir ses tâches pédagogiques et d’atteindre les objectifs du processus éducatif. Par conséquent, nous avons traité quelques orientations pédagogiques qui permettent de connaître les fondements, les compétences et les tâches d'un enseignement efficace, en plus des principes de la gestion des situations éducatives et comment faire face aux difficultés de la gestion de classe. Afin d'atteinte ces objectifs, certains principes doivent être pris en compte dans la planification des cours, dont les suivants : - Connaître les différentes caractéristiques des apprenants en termes de niveau scolaire, de problèmes, de capacités, de besoins et d'intérêts. - Maîtriser la matière d'étude et avoir une bonne connaissance du contenu des curricula . - Connaître les différentes stratégies pédagogiques, et ainsi tracer les bases des méthodes pédagogiques adaptées à la nature de la matière, à la compétence visée, au niveau des apprenants et aux moyens disponibles. The goal of every teacher in the different stages of education is to fulfill his pedagogical tasks and achieve the goals of the educational process. Therefore, we have dealt with some pedagogical orientations that allow to know the foundations, skills and tasks of effective teaching, in addition to the principles of the management of educational situations and how to deal with the difficulties of classroom management. In order to achieve these objectives, certain principles must be taken into account in course planning, including the following: - Know the different characteristics of learners in terms of grade level, problems, abilities, needs and interests. - Master the subject of study and have a good knowledge of the content of the curricula. - Know the different pedagogical strategies, and thus lay out the bases of the pedagogical methods adapted to the nature of the subject, the targeted skill, the level of the learners and the means available.
