" مسؤولية الإدارات الجامعية نحو الحد من مخاطر التلوث التقني" ( جامعة البُطانة في السُّودان أنموذجاً)

الملخص
هدفت الدِّراسة التعرف إلى مسؤولية الإدارات الجامعية نحو الحد من مخاطر التلوث التقني، تكون مجتمع الدِّراسة من عمداء الكليات ومديري الإدارات المختلفة والبالغ عددهم أربعين فرداً يمثلون إدارات جامعة البُطانة للعام الدِّراسي 2023م، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات بعد أن تمّ تصميمها وتوزيعها إلكترونياً على عينة تم اختيارها بالطريقة القصدية فكانت درجة الاستجابة 31 فرداً بنسبة 77.5% من المجتمع الكلي ومن ثَمَّ تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss)، وتوصلت الدِّراسة لعدة نتائج منها: أنّ الطرق المتبعة للتخلص من النفايات التقنية طرق تقليدية تحققت بوسط حسابي عام بلغ (4.8710) وانحراف معياري (.80589) وبدرجة تقديرية عالية، وأنّ درجة وعي العاملين بمخاطر النفايات التقنية تحققت بوسط حسابي عام (12.9032) وانحراف معياري (2.61221) وبدرجة تقديرية عالية، وأنّ الإجراءات الإدارية المتبعة للتقليل من مخاطر النفايات التقنية تحققت بوسط حسابي عام (15.6452) وانحراف معياري (3.11500) وبدرجة تقديرية ضعيفة، وبناءً على النتائج التي تمّ التوصل إليها توصي الدِّراسة بضرورة: تبني نظام الإدارة البيئية ووضع التدابير والإجراءات اللازمة للتعامل مع النفايات التقنية، ورفع مستوى الوعي بين العاملين بمدى خطورة النفايات التقنية على البشر والبيئة وذلك من خلال الندوات والمحاضرات والسمنارات وورش العمل. The study aimed to identify the responsibility of university administrations towards reducing the risks of technical pollution. The study population consisted of deans of faculties and directors of various departments, numbering forty individuals representing the departments of Al-Butana University for the academic year 2023 AD. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the questionnaire as a data collection tool after it was designed and distributed electronically to A sample was chosen by the intentional method, so the degree of response was 31 individuals with a rate of 77.5% of the total society, and then the data was analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (spss) program, and the study reached several results, including: The methods used to get rid of technical waste are traditional methods achieved by a general arithmetic mean It reached (4.8710) and a standard deviation of (.80589) with a high degree of estimation, and that the degree of workers' awareness of the risks of technical waste was achieved with a general arithmetic mean (12.9032) and a standard deviation of (2.61221) with a high degree of estimation, and that the administrative procedures used to reduce the risks of technical waste were achieved with a general arithmetic mean (15.6452) and standard deviation (3.11500) with a weak estimate. Based on the results reached, Dr. It is necessary to: Adopt an environmental management system and develop the necessary measures and procedures to deal with technical waste, and raise awareness among workers of the danger of technical waste to humans and the environment through seminars, lectures, seminars and workshops.
