الملخص
ملخص: تناولت هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع متطلبات البنية التحتية لمشروع الأرشفة الإلكترونية بوزارة الموارد المائية بالجزائر، كمشروع لتطوير وتنويع وسائل حفظ الأرشيف وتثمين المعلومات التي تحوزها لتسهيل اتخاذ القرارات بالوزارة، وهذا ضمن نظام للأرشفة الإلكترونية، فما هو واقع مشروع الأرشفة الإلكترونية وما هي الإمكانات المادية والبشرية المتاحة للمشروع؟. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مضامين مشروع الأرشفة الإلكترونية بالوزارة وحدوده، حيث قمنا في هذه الدراسة برصد الإمكانات المادية والبشرية المتاحة للمشروع، للاقتراب أكثر من واقع الأرشفة الإلكترونية ومعرفة مخرجاتها، وقد تناولت هذه الورقة في الجانب النظري مفاهيم هامة حول الأرشفة الإلكترونية، أما في الجانب الميداني فقد تم عرض الإمكانات المادية والبشرية المتاحة لهذا المشروع، مستخدمين المنهج الوصفي لتحليل استبانة المقابلات المستخدمة لجمع بيانات الدراسة، للوصول إلى نتائج واضحة لمشروع الأرشفة الإلكترونية بالوزارة ومتطلباتها. Abstract: This paper deals with the infrastructure requirements of the Electronic Archiving Project at the Ministry of Water Resources of Algeria, as a project to develop and diversify the means of archival preservation and to value the information it possesses in order to facilitate decision-making in the Ministry. What is the reality of the electronic archiving project and what is the material and human potential of the project? The purpose of this study is to learn about the contents and limits of the Ministry's electronic archiving project. In this study, we monitored the physical and human potential of the project in order to get closer to the reality and output of the electronic archiving. In theory, this paper addressed important concepts about the electronic archiving. In the field, the physical and human potential of the project was presented, using the descriptive method of analyzing the resolution of the interviews used.
