الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر الأمن أحد أهم هذه القضايا وأعقدها واكثرها خطورة على المستقبل الفلسطيني، إذ يحتل هذا الملف أهمية كبيرة لدى السلطة الفلسطينية وإسرائيل على حدّ سواء (وحتى الأطراف الأخرى ومن بينها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ودول الطوق العربي )،فمنذ أن تشكلت السلطة الفلسطينية في الضفة والقطاع (وفق اتفاقيات أوسلو)تطور هذا الملف إلى أحد أهم الملفات التي تبنى عليها أي اتفاقيات مستقبلية بين مختلف الاطراف في المنطقة . تهدف هذه الدراسة الى استقراء المنظور الاسرائيلي للملف الأمني ببعديه الداخلي( في سياق الترتيبات الامنية مع الفلسطينيين) ، والخارجي ( في سياق اي تسوية سياسية اقليمية). Abstract: Security is one of the most important, complex and most dangerous issues in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, as it occupies a great importance to the Palestinian Authority and Israel alike (and even to other parties, including the US and the Arab countries). Since the Palestinian Authority was created in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip, in regard to the Oslo Accords, this issue has developed and became an important one in the future agreements between the various parties in the region. The present study aims to extrapolate the Israeli perspective on the issue of security based on its internal dimension, which is related to the context of security arrangements with the Palestinians, and external one within its Arab regional context
