الملخص
In the context of the implementation of the instructions of the President of the Republic to the Government of the Republic of Algeria, the divorced women of the incubators of children in Algeria face several problems in obtaining maintenance for their maintenance, because of the father's refusal to pay or inability to pay the maintenance. On the occasion of the International Women's Day in 2014, under which it was possible to consider the establishment of a fund for divorced women incubators. The law (15/01) of 04/01/2015 establishing the alimony fund was issued. Was it indeed an incubator of their dignity and a true guardian of their rights?
