Quelques Repères Sur Le Secteur Des Télécommunications En Algérie En 2010

Résumé
Notre article s’intéresse de présenter le rôle important que joue les Technologies de l’Information et de Communication (TIC) dans l’amélioration de notre mode de vie, notre éducation et santé, en mettant le point sur l’évolution des TIC à travers le monde, en concentrant notre recherche sur le cas Algérien, en traitant le problème de la libéralisation du secteur des télécommunications et son impact sur l’introduction de nouvelles technologies de l’information et de communication en Algérie. Nous renforcerons notre analyse par des chiffres établis par l’Agence de Régulation des Postes et Télécommunications (ARPT). Abstract: Our article is interested to present the significant role which plays Communication and Information Technologies (TIC) in the improvement of our lifestyle, our education and health, by putting the point on the efforts led by the States in various countries in order to reach new technologies of information and communications, as we present some figures on the evolution of the TIC throughout the world, by concentrating our research on the Algerian case, by treating the problem of the liberalization of the telecommunications sector and its impact on the introduction of new technologies of information and communication in Algeria. We shall strengthen our analysis by figures establish by the Agency of Regulation of Postal and Telecommunications services (ARPT). الملخص: هذا المقال هدفه توضيح الدور الهام الذي تلعبه تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال في تحسين الظروف المعيشية و كدا التعليم و الصحة مع التركيز على المجهودات التي وضعتها الحكومات في مختلف الدول لمواكبة التطور في هذا الميدان, كما سوف نستعرض بعض الأرقام حول تطور تكنولوجيا الإعلام و الاتصال عبر العالم, مع التركيز على الجزائر محاولين معالجة مسألة تحرير قطاع الاتصالات و تأثيره على إمكانية الحصول على التكنولوجيات الحديثة للاتصال في الجزائر. و ندعم بحثنا بالأرقام التي توصلت إليها سلطة الضبط للبريد و المواصلات السلكية و اللاسلكية.
