الملخص
أصبح التحول الرقمي مؤخرا أمرا حتميا يجب على المؤسسات تبنيه للتعامل مع المتطلبات الجديدة للعالم الرقمي. الكثير من الأبحاث تبحث في الفرص التي يوفرها التحول الرقمي، ولكن لا تزال هناك فجوة عندما يتعلق الأمر بتحديات التحول الرقمي. لذلك فالإشكالية التي تعالجها الدراسة حول كيفية الوصول بالتحول الرقمي للاستفادة من التقنيات الرقمية الجديدة بطريقة تخلق قيمة لها وتزيد من أداء نظامها. إن فهم التقنيات الرقمية الجديدة يؤدي إلى تغييرات تنظيمية تكفي لتبرير التحديات الناجمة عن التحول الرقمي. لذلك، يجب معالجة هذه التحديات بتحديدها وتقويمها. أظهرت النتائج أن البنية التحتية التقنية غالبًا ما تكون ضعيفة، مما يعوق تطبيق التكنولوجيا الرقمية وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. كما بين البحث أن التحديات الاقتصادية مثل نقص التمويل والتكلفة المرتفعة للتحول الرقمي تشكل عقبة كبيرة، بينما تؤثر التحديات الاجتماعية مثل الثقافة والتعليم والتوعية على قدرة المجتمعات على استيعاب التغيير الرقمي بشكل فعال. يوصى البحث أخيرا بتبني استراتيجيات شاملة تتضمن تعزيز البنية التحتية التقنية، وتوفير التمويل المناسب، وتعزيز الوعي والتعليم حول الفوائد الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للتحول الرقمي. Digital transformation has recently become an imperative that organizations must embrace to address the new demands of the digital world. Much research explores the opportunities offered by digital transformation, but there remains a gap when it comes to the challenges of digital transformation. Therefore, the central issue addressed by this study is how to approach digital transformation to leverage new digital technologies in a way that creates value and enhances organizational performance. Understanding new digital technologies leads to organizational changes sufficient to address the challenges arising from digital transformation. Consequently, these challenges must be addressed by identifying and assessing them. The results showed that technical infrastructure is often weak, hindering the implementation of digital technology and the achievement of sustainable development. The research also revealed that economic challenges, such as a lack of funding and the high cost of digital transformation, pose a significant obstacle, while social challenges—such as culture, education, and awareness—affect communities’ ability to effectively embrace digital change. Finally, the study recommends adopting comprehensive strategies that include strengthening technical infrastructure, providing adequate funding, and promoting awareness and education about the economic and social benefits of digital transformation.
