This paper presents an analytical review of therapeutic and training techniques used to improve speech and spoken language in children with hearing loss. It also organizes current evidence into a practical framework for use in clinical and school settings. Drawing on recent professional documents and Arabic applied studies, it examines auditory training, auditory processing, audio-visual integration, SUVAG-based intervention, and individualized educational planning. The review shows that speech improvement is rarely achieved through a single technique. Better outcomes depend on combining early detection, appropriate hearing technology, structured auditory-linguistic training, direct speech therapy, and active collaboration among family, school, and specialists. It also indicates that intervention is more effective when residual hearing is maximized, visual cues are integrated, and progress is monitored systematically. The paper proposes a 12-week intervention framework supported by pre-, post-, and follow-up evaluation indicators.
