الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أنماط الشخصية الدبلوماسية التي يتمتع بها ضابط الارتباط العسكري الفلسطيني أثناء تأدية مهمامه من وجهة نظر ضباط الارتباط العسكري في محافظة رام الله. وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (60) من جميع ضباط الارتباط العسكري في محافظة رام الله والبيرة. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، واعتمدت على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع المعلومات. أبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة، أن ضباط الارتباط العسكري الفلسطيني يتمتعون بأنماط الشخصية الدبلوماسية الثلاث أثناء تأدية مهمامهم بشكل كبير جداّ، أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة الباحثين والمهتمين في مجال العلاقات الدولية والدبلوماسية ضرورة عمل المزيد من الأبحاث حول أنماط الشخصية الدبلوماسية لدى أجهزة أمنية أخرى قد تستخدم أنماط الشخصية الدبلوماسية. This study aimed to identify the diplomatic personality patterns possessed by the Palestinian military liaison officer while carrying out his duties, from the perspective of military liaison officers in Ramallah Governorate. The study was conducted on a sample consisting of (60) military liaison officers from Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorates. The study employed the descriptive survey method and relied on a questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The most significant findings of the study indicate that Palestinian military liaison officers possess the three diplomatic personality patterns to a very high degree while performing their duties. Among the most important recommendations of the study is the need for researchers and those interested in the field of international relations and diplomacy to conduct further research on diplomatic personality patterns among other security agencies that may employ such diplomatic personality traits
