This field study explores the methodological and practical prerequisites for developing an integrated, and effective corporate communication strategy within Algerian economic enterprises. Adopting a case study approach, interviews were conducted with a purposive sample of executives and decision makers, in the communication and marketing departments at Condor Electronics. The findings highlight the critical need to institutionalize cross departmental coordination to unify corporate messaging and discourse. Such alignment is essential to rectify communication gaps, prevent discrepancies between communication goals and long term marketing objectives. Furthermore, the study underscores the decisive role of digitalizing communication channels, and capacity building in enhancing strategic agility and adaptability within a rapidly evolving business environment..
