الملخص
ترتبط جودة التعليم الجامعي بمجموعة من الآليات منها جودة البرامج والمحتويات التعليمة ،و المؤسسات وأنظمة التكوين... و يمثل الأستاذ الجامعي أهم عناصر منظومة التعليم العالي من خلال تعدد أدواره من تدريس إلى بحث إلى خدمة المجتمع . فمهمة أستاذ الجامعة معقدة و شائكة فهي لا تقتصر على العملية التدريسية و نقل المعلومات إلى الطلبة. ولكنه يعمل على بناء المجتمع بتخريج كوادر بشرية قادرة على قيادة هذا المجتمع . ومكانة الأستاذ الجامعي مرتبطة بطريقته وقدراته التي يطوّرها باستمرار مواكبة للتطور التكنولوجي.فكيف يساهم الأستاذ الجامعي في تحسين مردود الجامعة؟. و ما هي الأدوار و المهام التي يقوم بها كيف و لماذا؟ وهل يتم إعداد الأستاذ الجامعي إعدادا يتلاءم و متطلبات تقنيات و طرائق التدريس الحديثة في ظل عالم الرقمنة؟ La qualité de l'enseignement universitaire est liée à un ensemble de mécanismes, dont la qualité des programmes et contenus éducatifs, des institutions et des systèmes de formation... Le professeur d'université représente les éléments les plus importants du système d'enseignement supérieur par la multiplicité de ses rôles d'enseignant à la recherche au service communautaire. La tâche d'un professeur d'université est complexe et épineuse, car elle ne se limite pas au processus d'enseignement et au transfert d'informations aux étudiants. Mais il travaille à construire la société en formant des cadres humains capables de diriger cette société. La position du professeur des universités est liée à sa méthode et à ses capacités, qu'il développe constamment en fonction de l'évolution technologique.Comment le professeur des universités contribue-t-il à l'amélioration de la rentabilité de l'université ? Quels sont les rôles et les tâches du CBF et pourquoi ? Le professeur d'université est-il préparé conformément aux exigences des techniques et méthodes d'enseignement modernes à la lumière du monde numérique ?The quality of university education is linked to a set of mechanisms, including the quality of educational programs and contents, institutions and training systems... The university professor represents the most important elements of the higher education system through the multiplicity of his roles from teaching to research to community service. The task of a university professor is complex and thorny, as it is not limited to the teaching process and the transfer of information to students. But he is working to build society by graduating human cadres capable of leading this society. The position of the university professor is linked to his method and abilities, which he constantly develops in keeping with technological development. How does the pedagogical training of a university professor contribute to improving the university's return? What are the roles and tasks of CBF and why? Is the university professor being prepared in line with the requirements of modern teaching techniques and methods in light of the digital world?
