This study is part of a broader trend towards renewed approaches to criminology and the rise of contemporary scientific tools in response to the growing complexity of criminal behaviour. It analyses the issue of the effectiveness of behavioural criminology, enriched by neuroscience and artificial intelligence, in understanding and preventing criminal behaviour. The aim is to assess the scientific and operational relevance of these integrated approaches. The theoretical framework draws on behavioural criminology, neurocriminology and risk theories. The methodology is based on a qualitative and comparative analysis of the literature and international experiences. The results show an improvement in explanatory and predictive capabilities, subject to strict legal and ethical supervision. The study contributes to the structuring of a responsible model for behavioural analysis.
