The Role Of Political Parties In Environmental Protection

Abstract

Political parties in democratic states undoubtedly play a significant role in raising public awareness, particularly in recent years, of environmental issues and the risks they entail. This paper seeks to examine that role by reviewing several leading international models and the place of political parties in the Algerian experience.
