الغياب الطلابي: قراءة تحليلية سوسيو-تربوية Student Absenteeism: A Socio-educational Analytical Reading

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل ظاهرة الغياب الطلابي من منظور سوسيو-تربوي شامل، من خلال تشخيص الأسباب المباشرة والهيكلية والتنظيمية والسلوكية التي تقف وراء تفشي هذه الظاهرة في المؤسسات التعليمية. تعتبر ظاهرة الغياب من أبرز التحديات التي تواجه النظام التعليمي، حيث تنعكس سلباً على التحصيل الأكاديمي للطلبة وتهدد جودة العملية التعليمية برمتها. اعتمدت الدراسة على مقاربة متعددة الأبعاد تجمع بين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمقاربة السوسيولوجية لفهم الديناميات المعقدة لهذه الظاهرة. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الغياب الطلابي ظاهرة متعددة الأسباب تتداخل فيها العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والنفسية والبيداغوجية، وأن معالجتها تتطلب تدخلات شاملة على مستوى البيئة الجامعية والأساليب التعليمية والدعم الاجتماعي للطلبة. قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات العملية لمواجهة الظاهرة، منها تطوير استراتيجيات تعليمية تفاعلية، وتعزيز آليات المتابعة والإرشاد الأكاديمي، وتحسين البنية التحتية التعليمية. Abstract: This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of student absenteeism from a comprehensive socio-educational perspective by diagnosing the direct, structural, organizational, and behavioral causes underlying the prevalence of this phenomenon in educational institutions. Student absenteeism is one of the most prominent challenges facing the educational system, as it negatively affects students' academic achievement and threatens the quality of the entire educational process. The study adopted a multidimensional approach combining descriptive-analytical methodology and sociological perspective to understand the complex dynamics of this phenomenon. The study concluded that student absenteeism is a multi-causal phenomenon involving intertwined social, economic, psychological, and pedagogical factors, and that addressing it requires comprehensive interventions at the level of the university environment, teaching methods, and social support for students. The study presented a set of practical recommendations to address the phenomenon, including developing interactive teaching strategies, enhancing academic monitoring and guidance mechanisms, and improving educational infrastructure.
