The Legal Framework And Its Role In The Use Of Artificial Intelligence To Achieve The Objectives Of The Green Economy

Abstract
This paper highlights the legal framework governing the use of artificial intelligence to support the green economy by reviewing the legislative principles that govern its application. It also discusses the importance of compliance with environmental standards in the design and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions while clarifying the legal liability for environmental damage resulting from their use. In addition, the paper addresses national policies aimed at supporting sustainability-oriented artificial intelligence and the role of regulatory bodies in ensuring compliance with environmental standards. Finally, it examines international cooperation in this field, including international agreements and technological partnerships, to develop innovative solutions that promote the green economy.
