Recent developments in artificial intelligence have significantly influenced medical practice by enhancing diagnostic accuracy and speeding up health data analysis. One of the key areas benefiting from these technologies is pre-marital medical screening, which plays an important role in the early detection of genetic and infectious diseases. This contributes to limiting disease transmission between spouses and to future generations, while supporting individual well-being as well as family and societal stability. Pre-marital medical examinations are primarily intended to protect offspring from hereditary and communicable diseases and to provide engaged couples with informed options for establishing a healthy family. Although such examinations were not considered necessary in the past, they have gained increasing importance in modern societies. Contemporary scholars generally agree on their legitimacy, though differences remain regarding whether these examinations should be optional or mandatory.
