Artificial Intelligence: A New Challenge To The Right To Digital Privacy

Abstract
The right to digital privacy is an extension of the right to privacy, and constitutes one of the rights of human personality protected by law. However, the widespread use of artificial intelligence across various fields has resulted in multiple violations of this right, particularly in the absence of specific legal frameworks regulating artificial intelligence applications and their use of individuals' personal data. This situation calls for strengthening the protection of the right to digital privacy and urging developers of artificial intelligence application to adhere to a set of ethical principles that ensure the protection of individuals and their data.
