To strengthen the theoretical foundation through empirical investigation, a structured questionnaire comprising four dimensions was developed to collect data from a purposive random sample of 31 participants, consisting of professors holding senior administrative positions at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mohamed Seddik Ben Yahia University in Jijel Province. Data analysis was conducted using statistical techniques provided by the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings revealed several key results, most notably: The study findings revealed a statistically significant positive relationship between knowledge management processes and leadership succession, ranging from strong in knowledge application, moderate in knowledge sharing, to positive in knowledge acquisition. Conversely, a weak and non-statistically significant relationship was found with knowledge storage, while learning organization characteristics positively enhanced this relationship and increased leaders' readiness for succession.
