الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة محكي الحلم في رواية موت صغير للروائي محمد حسن علوان، والكشف عن الأبعاد الفنية والدلالية التي يؤديها الحلم داخل البنية السردية للرواية. كما يسعى إلى بيان كيفية توظيف الأحلام في بناء الشخصيات، واستشراف التحولات النفسية والروحية التي عاشها بطل الرواية، إضافة إلى إبراز العلاقة بين الحلم والتجربة الصوفية التي تشكل جوهر العمل الروائي. لذا حرصت دراستنا على الولوج إلى الرّحم الدّلاليّ السّرديّ لرواية "موتٌ صغير"، من خلال سؤال مركزيّ هو: كيف فعّل الرّوائيّ السّعوديّ "محمّد حسن علوان" في روايته محكي الحلم؟ وما وظائف الحلم في تحقيق المقام العرفاني؟ وكيف أسهم هذا النوع من المحكي في تشكيل البناء السردي والدلالي؟ والذي بدوره تتفرع عنه مجموعة من الأسئلة، من بينها: ما الوظائف السردية التي يؤديها الحلم داخل الرواية؟ وكيف يتداخل الحلم مع الواقع في التجربة الصوفية؟ وإلى أي مدى استطاع الكاتب توظيف الأحلام للكشف عن البعد النفسي والفلسفي للشخصيات؟ فجاءت أهمية ورقتنا البحثية في كونها تسلط الضوء على تقنية سردية بارزة في الرواية العربية المعاصرة، تتمثل في محكي الحلم، بوصفه أداة فنية وجمالية تسهم في تعميق الدلالة وإثراء البنية الحكائية. كما تستمد الدراسة أهميتها من خصوصية المتن الروائي المدروس، حيث حازت الرواية حضورًا نقديًا واسعًا، إذ تمثل نموذجًا للرواية التفاعلية الانفتاحية التي تمزج بين التاريخ والتصوف والتخييل السردي، ما يجعل دراسة الحلم فيها مدخلًا مهمًا لفهم أبعادها الفكرية والجمالية والصوفية. Abstract : The aim of this research is to examine the dream narrative in the novel A Small Death by the Saudi novelist Mohammed Hassan Alwan, and to explore the artistic and semantic dimensions that dreams perform within the narrative structure of the novel. The study also seeks to demonstrate how dreams are employed in character construction, to trace the psychological and spiritual transformations experienced by the protagonist, and to highlight the relationship between dreams and the Sufi experience that forms the essence of the novel. The research problem can be formulated as follows: How did the dream narrative contribute to shaping the narrative and semantic structure of the novel A Small Death? From this main question arise several sub-questions, including: What narrative functions do dreams perform within the novel? How do dreams intersect with reality in the Sufi experience? And to what extent did the author succeed in using dreams to reveal the psychological and philosophical dimensions of the characters? The significance of this research lies in the fact that it sheds light on a prominent narrative technique in contemporary Arabic fiction, namely the dream narrative, as an artistic and aesthetic device that contributes to deepening meaning and enriching the narrative structure. The study also derives its importance from its focus on a novel that has received broad critical attention, as A Small Death represents a model of fiction that combines history, Sufism, and imaginative narration, making the study of dreams within it an important gateway to understanding its intellectual and aesthetic dimensions.
