الملخص

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف على أسباب الضغط النفسي على حكام كرة القدم في الدوري الممتاز السوداني لعام ٢٠٢٦م، ولتحقيق ذلك أجريت الدراسة على عينة قوامها (70) حكماً موزعين كالآتي: (12) حكماً دولياً، (58) حكماً قومياً ، استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي وتم إعداد استبانة مكونة من خمس محاور هي (اللاعب – الإدارة – الإعلام الرياضي- الحكم- المشجعين). أهم النتائج: عدم إلمام بعض الإعلاميين الإلمام التام بالقوانين المنظمة للعبة . جهل بعض الإعلاميين بروح القانون التى تخول للحكم التصرف فى بعض الحالات . جهل اللاعبين بالقوانين المنظمة للعبة . - رفض الإدارة الاستجابة لبعض مطالب الحكام . أهم التوصيات: توعية اللاعبين والاعلاميين والجمهور بقانون لعبة كرة القدم . تعديل القوانين واللوائح الرياضية لتكون رادعة لايقاف الاعتداء اللفظي والجسدي على الحكام. تكثيف دورات التأهيل الفني والبدني والنفسي للحكام. عقد دورات تدريبية للاعلاميين الرياضيين والإداريين واللاعبين لاكتساب الثقافة الرياضية المطلوبة. الكلمات المفتاحية :- الحكم ، الدورى الممتاز ، القوانين واللوائح ، الضغط النفسى Abstract The study aimed to identify the causes of stress on the football referees in the super League Sudan in 2010, to achieve this study the sample consist of (70) referees as follows: (12) internationally referee, (58) a provision nationally, the researchers used descriptive approach was prepare a questionnaire composed of five axes (the player - Management - sport media referee . spectators ). The most important results: - Lack of familiarity with some of the media full knowledge of the organization and the laws of the game, - Ignorance of some of the media in the spirit of the law authorizing the disposition of the rule in some cases. - Ignorance of the players organized the laws of the game - Administration's refusal to respond some of the demands of the referees Recommendations : - Educate players and the media and the public for the football game law. - Amend the laws and regulations of sports to be a deterrent to stop the verbal and physical abuse at the referees. - Intensify the technical, physical and psychological rehabilitation of the rulers of the sessions. - Holding training courses for members of the media athletes, administrators and players to gain the required sports culture.
