Abstract
Abstract : This research addresses stock exchange crimes in Algerian legislation through analyzing the adequacy of legal provisions in combating unlawful practices within the securities market. It aims to highlight legislative shortcomings and their impact on the effectiveness of deterrence and investor protection. It also seeks to assess the criminal policy adopted in this field regarding the balance between punishment and prevention. It concludes with recommendations for strengthening the legal framework and reinforcing co nfidence in the financial market.
