الملخص
ملخص: يشكّل التراث الأثري اللاتيني في الجزائر، خاصة النقوش المكتوبة، مصدرًا أساسيًا لفهم التفاعل الحضاري بين السكان المحليين والرومان، وما نتج عنه من إرث لغوي وثقافي متنوع. غير أن هذا التراث يظلّ غامضًا دون تحليل وترجمة تكشف دلالاته العميقة. تتمحور إشكالية الدراسة حول مدى إسهام ترجمة النقوش وتحليلها في التعريف بالموروث الثقافي الجزائري وتثمينه. وتكمن أهمية البحث في اعتبار الترجمة أداة معرفية تمكّن من إعادة قراءة التاريخ القديم انطلاقًا من مصادره الأصلية، مع تعزيز الوعي الثقافي والسياحي. يهدف البحث إلى إبراز دور الترجمة في تحويل النقوش اللاتينية إلى وثائق ناطقة تعكس مظاهر الحياة الاجتماعية والدينية والسياسية. كما يعتمد على منهج تاريخي-لغوي يقوم على دراسة النقوش في سياقها وتحليلها ومقارنتها، بهدف الكشف عن معانيها الأصلية وتوظيفها في تطوير البحث الأكاديمي وتثمين التراث الثقافي الجزائري. Abstract: Latin epigraphic heritage in Algeria, particularly inscriptions, constitutes a fundamental source for understanding the deep cultural interaction between local populations and the Romans, resulting in a rich linguistic and cultural legacy. However, this heritage often remains obscure without translation and analytical interpretation to uncover its underlying meanings. This study addresses the central question of the extent to which translating and analyzing inscriptions contributes to promoting and valorizing Algerian cultural heritage. The importance of this research lies in considering translation as a cognitive and cultural tool that enables a renewed reading of ancient history through its original sources, while enhancing cultural awareness and tourism. The study aims to highlight the pivotal role of translation in transforming Latin inscriptions into meaningful testimonies reflecting social, religious, and political life. It adopts a historical-linguistic approach based on contextual analysis and comparison of inscriptions to reveal their original meanings and contribute to academic research and heritage valorization.
