The National Urban Real Estate Agency As A Mechanism To Stimulate Urban Investment In Algerian Law

الملخص
Given the great interest that the Algerian state attaches to investment, because of the role it plays in reviving the national economy, the Algerian legislator sought to activate laws that would create the appropriate climate for this by enabling the agencies in charge of investment to perform their tasks to the fullest extent. This was embodied through his procedure Several successive amendments to laws and applied texts. Since real estate is an essential factor for the success of the investment strategy in the urban field, and for the support and stability of investors, land must be allocated and prepared. This task was entrusted to the National Urban Real Estate Agency, created pursuant to Executive Decree 490/23, which works to promote and manage the urban economic real estate portfolio from The deadline for granting the concession to embrace an urban investment project. نظرا للاهتمام الكبير الذي توليه الدولة الجزائرية للاستثمار، والدور الذي يلعبه في إنعاش الاقتصاد الوطني، سعى المشرع الجزائري إلى تفعيل القوانين التي من شأنها تهيئة المناخ الملائم لذلك، من خلال تمكين الهيئات المكلفة بالاستثمار من أداء مهامها على أكمل وجه، وتجسد ذلك من خلال قيامه بعدة تعديلات متتالية على القوانين والنصوص التطبيقية . وبما أن العقارات عامل أساسي، لنجاح استراتيجية الاستثمار في المجال الحضري، ولدعم واستقرار المستثمرين، كان لا بد من تخصيص الأراضي وتجهيزها، وأسندت هذه المهمة إلى الوكالة الوطنية للعقاري الحضري التي أحدثت بموجب المرسوم التنفيذي 490/23 والتي تعمل على ترقية وإدارة المحفظة العقارية الاقتصادية الحضرية بغرض منح امتياز احتضان مشروع استثماري حضري
