Enthusiasm And Manifestations Of Heroism In The Poetry Of Durayd Ibn Al-ṣimmah

الملخص
شكلت الحرب والبطولات مادة أساسية لدريد بن الصمة، ينهل منها أشعاره ويخلد عبرها تاريخ انتصارات قومه وعشيرته، فكان بذلك فارس هوازن وشاعرها المنافح. وقد طبعت قصائده بروح الحماسة ومعاني البطولة من خلال جملة أغراضه الشعرية التي طرقها بأسلوب فني فذ، أهله ليكون شاعر الحرب في العصر الجاهلي. كما أن لمكانته القبلية وفروسيته أثرها البالغ في ذيوع شعره وانتشاره بين قبائل العرب، فكان أشد على أعدائه من نائرة الحرب، حيث يقاتل بلسانه وسيفه في مشهد حماسي مثير. لذا طرقنا هذا البحث لنستجلي موضوع الحماسة وتجليات البطولة الحربية والأخلاقية في قصيد "دريد بن الصمة" معتمدين على قراءة تحليلية لأبرز موضوعاته الحماسية، ومدى تأثيرها على المستوى الفردي والجماعي. :Abstract The themes of war and heroism were central to the poetry of Durayd ibn al-Ṣimmah, from which he drew inspiration for his verses and immortalized the history of his tribe's victories. He thus became the knight and poet of Hawazin, ardently defending his people. His poems were imbued with the spirit of enthusiasm and the meanings of valor, expressed through various poetic themes that he addressed with a unique artistic style, earning him the title of the "poet of war" in the pre-Islamic era. Furthermore, his tribal status and chivalry greatly contributed to the widespread recognition of his poetry among Arab tribes. His words were often more devastating to his enemies than the outbreak of war itself, as he fought both with his sword and his tongue in a stirring, impassioned display. This study, therefore, seeks to explore the theme of enthusiasm and the manifestations of both military and moral heroism in the poetry of Durayd ibn al-Ṣimmah through an analytical reading of his most prominent poems, examining their impact on both individual and collective levels.
